– Your box will be delivered to the address you’ve entered while setting up your account.
– While we do deliver to most major districts in the UAE, we reserve the right to refuse certain remotely-located addresses. You can find out which areas we deliver to when typing in your address during the account setup process. If your address pops up on the list, we deliver there!
– In order to do a good job, our delivery team relies on your instructions.
Keep them as crystal clear and precise as possible.
– If your delivery box is stolen from your doorstep or damaged by exterior factors, we cannot accept liability. In certain situations, we will offer compensation at our discretion.
– When it comes to new customers, the more the merrier. Although, we reserve the right to decline orders from remotely-located addresses simply because our delivery system currently operates in major districts across the country. For related queries, email us at email@example.com– Any spontaneous changes to address details must be made before the order deadline published on our website. Once the deadline has been passed, your delivery box will be on its way.
– Your delivery day will normally remain the same, although if weather conditions or uncontrollable factors lead to a delivery reschedule, we will inform you in due time. If the rare occasion of delivery failure arises due to supplier error, traffic congestion, strike actions, or vehicle breakdown – we would appreciate your patience. You will not be charged for any deliveries you don’t receive.
– You will not be charged for incorrect deliveries. If we have substituted certain products in your box that appear unacceptable to you, you will not be charged.

– Multiple deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
– You must thoroughly wash the produce before consuming it.
– Food4life.ae will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanction countries in accordance with UAE law.
The delivery charges are included in the price mentioned bellow each box. However we will charge an extra cost for all deliveries that are outside Dubai.
We propose two timing slot: From 9 to 1pm or from 5 to 9Pm. We can also drop the box in front of your door if this is convenient for you.
FOR SITUATIONS IN WHICH WE AGREE TO HOLD A KEY TO YOUR PROPERTY AND DELIVER THE BOX ON THE PREMISES, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE:
– Your safety and security will not be compromised. We will store your keys mindfully.
