How do I create an account?
Zoom over to the My Account section. You’ll see it at the top of our homepage, on the extreme right. Once in that section, type in your details and wait for a confirmation email.
I didn’t receive the confirmation email for my account – what do I do?
Our supercomputer is pretty reliable, but if it slips up and forgets to send you an automated confirmation email, just drop us an email at email@example.com or ring us up at 052 8088 997. If you’ve got any queries about our brand and products, feel free to get in touch with us!
Can I pay with cash on delivery?
We like to keep transactions cash-free at Food4Life. After each delivery, your registered debit or credit card will be charged. Just like when you ride with Uber and Careem. However, cash is accepted under certain circumstances. Although paying with card saves you a trip to the ATM!
How do I know that my card details are secure?
We use Payfort, one of the most secure payment gateways across the Middle East. Your card details remain entirely privately, and we do not have access to them.
Can I use a debit card or do you only accept credit cards?
We encourage cards over cash, accepting both debit and credit cards.
I’m not satisfied with my product. How do I get a refund?
We’re pretty sure you’ll love our product! But if you’re not seeing hearts when you taste our produce, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 052 8088 997. We’ll jump straight into the matter and do what it takes to resolve the issue. Your happiness is our priority.
What’s the delivery timeline?
All orders are gathered two days before delivery. The reason we do this is to ensure your produce is at its maximum freshness, traveling in straight from our farmers to our customers.
I’m not home. Can the delivery man leave my product at my doorstep?
Absolutely! That’s what we normally do. However, it’s no secret that weather in the UAE is pretty harsh. If you live in an air-conditioned building, we’re happy to drop your produce off at your doorstep. If you’re in a villa, drop us a call or email and we’ll figure something out.
My delivery is late and hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?
Don’t panic – it’s probably just a traffic jam. Get in touch at email@example.com or 052 8088 997. We’ll note down your order’s details and follow up with our delivery company. You can typically expect your package to arrive between these windows: 9AM to 1PM and 5PM to 9PM.
Can Food4Life deliver to my office?

– What are my subscription options?
You can choose your box to either be delivered every week or every two weeks. To browse our variety of boxes, head over to our homepage and take a look.
– Can I pause my subscription?
Sure! If you’re going vacation or just want to chill out on the couch with a Chinese takeaway, pause your subscription. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or ring us up at 052 8088 997 and we’ll freeze your subscription. Just make sure it’s well in advance of your next scheduled delivery.
– How do I cancel my subscription?

– How long do I have until my box goes stale?
That depends on how it’s being stored. Given the UAE’s fiery temperature, we recommend stashing your produce away in your fridge. Since freshness is what we specialize in, eating your box’s contents sooner rather than later is always a good idea.
